Frequently Asked Questions
What information should I provide for a PV cleaning recommendation?
Please share your plant size, panel layout, tilt angle, module gaps, soiling conditions, water source, power access, and target cleaning frequency.
Which solar panel cleaning equipment is suitable for my project?
It depends on your project type. Small rooftops usually use water-fed brushes or single-head cleaners, commercial rooftops often use double-head or rolling brush machines, while large solar farms may require crawler robots or automated hanging systems.
Can your equipment clean solar panels without water?
Yes. Some models support dry cleaning, including crawler robots and selected rolling brush systems. The best method depends on dust type, panel condition, and site requirements.
What project sizes can your products support?
G1 and G2 are suitable for small projects around 100-500 m2. G3 and G4 are suitable for 500-6000 m2 sites. Crawler and hanging robots are designed for larger commercial and utility-scale PV plants.
What panel angle can your robots work on?
The crawler cleaning robots are designed for photovoltaic panels with a working angle of about 15-20 degrees, depending on site conditions and final configuration.
How far can the remote-controlled robots operate?
The R1 and R2 crawler robots support long-distance remote operation, with remote-control range up to around 150 m, and some configurations reaching 150-200 m.
Do you provide solutions for large ground-mounted solar farms?
Yes. R1, R2, R20, and R20A are designed for large PV arrays, centralized solar power plants, and fixed-row ground-mounted projects.
What is the difference between R20 and R20A?
R20 is a hanging solar cleaning robot for fixed PV rows. R20A is a shuttle car system that moves the robot from one row to another, helping support continuous automated cleaning.
Can you support rooftop PV cleaning projects?
Yes. For residential and commercial rooftops, we provide water-fed brushes, single-head cleaners, double-head cleaners, and rolling brush machines depending on project size and access conditions.
Do you offer water filtration equipment for PV cleaning?
Yes. The A40 RO water filtration system can purify suitable water sources and provide cleaner water for solar panel cleaning operations.
Do you provide dust monitoring equipment?
Yes. The A60 PV dust measuring instrument helps monitor dust accumulation on photovoltaic modules and supports more data-based cleaning decisions.
Do you provide training and technical support?
Yes. We support equipment selection, operation guidance, product configuration, spare parts planning, and long-term technical support for PV cleaning projects.
